Welcome to Eloria Banasura Resort. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our resort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Reservation Policy

• Reservations are subject to room availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required payment or confirmation from our reservations team.
• Guests are requested to provide accurate personal and contact information while making a reservation.
• Eloria Banasura Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.

3. Payment Policy

• We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
• Any outstanding balance must be settled before check-out.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled check-in date.
• Refund eligibility depends on the booking type and cancellation period.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• No refunds may be provided for no-shows or early departures unless otherwise agreed.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Respect fellow guests and resort staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of resort facilities.
• Avoid causing damage to rooms or resort property.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the resort.

Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.

6. Non-Smoking Policy

Eloria Banasura Resort offers designated non-smoking rooms. Smoking inside non-smoking rooms or restricted indoor areas is strictly prohibited and may result in cleaning charges or penalties.

7. Pets

Pets are permitted only if specifically approved by the resort before arrival. Additional conditions or charges may apply.

8. Swimming Pool

Guests using the swimming pool do so at their own risk.

• Children must always be supervised by an adult.
• Appropriate swimwear is required.
• Running, diving, or unsafe behavior around the pool is not permitted.
• The resort is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, cash, electronics, and travel documents.

Eloria Banasura Resort shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage unless required by applicable law.

10. Parking

Complimentary parking is available for guests.

While reasonable security measures are maintained, vehicles and their contents remain the responsibility of their owners.

11. Restaurant & Food Services

Restaurant operating hours may vary.

Outside food and beverages may be restricted in certain areas of the resort.

Guests are requested to inform us in advance about food allergies or dietary requirements.

12. Wi-Fi Services

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guest convenience.

The resort does not guarantee uninterrupted internet connectivity and is not responsible for service interruptions caused by external providers or technical issues.

13. Force Majeure

Eloria Banasura Resort shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, government regulations, pandemics, power failures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

However, room rates, offers, services, facilities, and availability may change without prior notice.

15. Privacy

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala.
